A one time set-up fee will be charged for digitizing your logo and stitch count conversion. This fee will only apply to your 1st order. Once the original file has been digitized it will be stored for future orders.

Threadable Moments provides individual and corporate monogram services on products purchased from our catalog. Each project will be evaluated to determine their suitability for stitching prior to accepting any order.

Shipping and Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, no returns/refunds will be accepted on personalized items. If the mistake is due to an error made by Threadable Moments we will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation. All request for return/refund must be made within 3 days of the items delivery.
